PupClockHelp with PupClock

Why didn't a reminder arrive?
Open More and check that Potty reminders is on. Check your quiet hours, then open Android's notification settings for PupClock and allow notifications. Battery-saving settings can delay reminders. PupClock does not override Android's restrictions.
Why is a reminder silent?
Check PupClock's notification sound in Android settings, your phone's notification volume, and Do Not Disturb. Enabling reminders in PupClock does not change those settings.
How do quiet hours work?
In More, turn Quiet mode on and choose the start and end times. Reminders pause during that window. Turning Quiet mode off keeps your chosen times for later. Android's Do Not Disturb settings still apply.
Why did the suggested break change?
The suggestion uses your puppy's age and recent potty, food, water, nap, and accident logs. Some events can bring the next break forward. When reminders are on, their interval also limits how long the suggestion can be. These are training estimates, not veterinary advice.
Open Pup to change your puppy's age and timer setting. Use recommended restores the age-based interval. Reminder timing is set separately in More.
How do I fix an entry?
Tap Undo after an accidental log. You can also open an entry in Today's Log or History, change its details, and save it. To remove an entry, open it and choose Delete.
How do I share or export my logs?
Open Stats, scroll to Weekly Report, and use the share button to send a summary. To save your full history, open More and choose Export history. Pick where to save the CSV file.
The CSV can be read in a spreadsheet, but it cannot be imported back into PupClock. There is no automatic cloud backup or syncing between phones.
How do I delete my data?
Delete individual entries from History. To clear the profile, logs, and settings together, use Reset PupClock in More and confirm. Export anything you want to keep first. Resetting PupClock does not delete exported files or reports you have already shared.
Does PupClock need the internet?
No internet connection is needed for logging, history, or reminders. Ads and these support pages need a connection. Sharing a report may need one, depending on the app you choose.
Where are the ads and privacy settings?
PupClock uses banner ads on History, Stats, and More. Home and Quick Log stay ad-free. There are no full-screen ads. When required for your region, Privacy choices appears in More so you can revisit your ad choices.
